With 26 years of extensive experience in the highly rewarding and often undervalued social care sector, I have had the privilege of working across a diverse range of settings, including Nursing and Residential Homes, Domiciliary Care, and Hospital environments. Throughout my career, I have held various pivotal roles such as Coordinator, Care Manager, Registered Manager, and Care Director.

For the past 15 years, I have been an integral part of the Trust Care / Focus Care family, contributing in multiple capacities. My journey here has been profoundly fulfilling, allowing me to collaborate with some of the most dedicated and skilled professionals in social care.

In addition to my primary responsibilities, I am honoured to serve as the company’s Safeguarding Designated Lead, Fire Ambassador, and Mental Health First Aider. These roles underscore my commitment to ensuring the highest standards of safety, well-being, and mental health support within our organization.
