Deen Chaudhry is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Trust Care Management, an established, multi-service healthcare group delivering residential, supported living, domiciliary, and specialist care services across the UK.
As CEO, Deen is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the organisation, including acquisitions, capital deployment, financial performance, and long-term growth. His leadership is centred on building a scalable, governance-led platform that combines operational excellence with robust regulatory compliance across CQC and Ofsted frameworks.
With over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience, Deen has built and scaled multiple businesses, with a core focus on the healthcare sector. He has led the strategic expansion of the group through disciplined growth and acquisitions, establishing a strong multi-regional footprint while delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex and high-dependency needs.
Deen holds a BBA and an MA (Hons). Alongside his professional responsibilities, he is actively involved in charitable initiatives and maintains a disciplined focus on personal health and performance.
