Embedding the principles

We will continue to embed the principles through:

  • Management guidance – Modern slavery awareness has been incorporated into our induction programme workbook for managers. Whistleblowing procedures and processes are explained to all staff during their induction / onboarding process.

  • Procurement – Due to the nature of our business, we assess ourselves to have a low risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chains.

  • Open and Transparent Culture- We train our leaders and managers to create and nurture a workplace climate and culture that generates trust, engagement and buy-in from employees to abide by a code of moral and ethical conduct in every endeavour.

  • Recruitment & Selection – Our recruitment and people management processes are designed to ensure that all prospective employees are legally entitled to work in the UK and to safeguard employees from any abuse or coercion.

 This statement will be reviewed and updated every year.
